In this project, I was tasked with the challenge of creating a captivating Cartoon Network poster using the unique Riso print technique. Adding an extra layer of creativity, I had to breathe new life into an existing Cartoon Network show through a continuation or reboot. I only had a day to make the design.
GOAL
My goal was to create a captivating poster that brings together the worlds of Samurai Jack and Johnny Bravo in an unexpected crossover. These two iconic characters, complete opposites in personality and style, offered a thrilling opportunity to explore their dynamic interaction.
To add an extra layer of excitement, I decided to challenge myself by utilizing the rubber hose illustration technique. This technique, renowned for its fluid and exaggerated movements, added a touch of nostalgia and a vibrant energy to the poster.
